A friend of mine told me he received a letter stating his number was in the 5300's on the season tickets waiting list and the Bengals were filling tickets for people in the 2500-2800 range, I can't remember which one. The list was started in 2006 and it does not reset each year.

That is interesting.... I haven't heard anything and I have been on the upgrade list for 2 years. It was my understanding that they offered up to season ticket holders first. I don't see how they could be filling tickets for people in the 2500-2800 range yet. They just sent out the first invoice and the deadline has not yet passed yet. I would imagine that is when they find out just who is buying and who is not

The way he explained it to me was that the number never reset so if they would stop at 2910 this year then next year they will start with whoever is 2911 on the list. I think the letter just said that is the number that they will start on next not that they are filling them right now. I couldn't remember if he said that he had 2500 or 2800 ahead of him that's why I used that range.
Btw, what do they consider a ticket upgrade? I was wondering if the price of the COA's had anything to do with it. I am in the endzone if I was to move to your section is that considered an upgrade due to your COA's is higher than mine? I am just curious I don't plan on moving, my wife doesn't like to sit up that high.

I think they just use the term "upgrade" as any kind of move....... has your wife been up in the "higher seats". I much prefer it....well at least on the sidelines as apposed to endzone. I would love to be in the lower level of the sides

Yes, that's where I had always gotten tickets when I first started going to games. Which was long before I met her, I actually had season tickets in the old stadium in section 352 which was corner endzone in the red seats. Then she and I had sat all over until she liked the lower level better. Last year I had sold my tix to the Panthers game but ended up buying tix off ebay in section 340 and I really liked them seats.

I love where my seats are...I just want to get a little lower. If I could get tickets close to the front in the section I am in... I would be a happy man!!!!!
I sent in a letter with pictures and everything.....went into detail about why they shoul dmove me to better seats and all. I doubt it will help, but I figure it couldn't hurt. I called to check and see if they got it and the lady was all smiles and saying that everyone was loving the pics and such....she said she gave it to the guy who handles request like mine and he would see what he could do
