Which comes first, the draft or the release of the schedule?

The NFL Schedule is released a couple of weeks before the draft. Here is a decent calender of events:

The schedule usually is released a couple of weeks after the NFL's annual meeting (March 30th - April 3rd). The draft is at the end of April (26th - 27th).

So not by much but the schedule comes first...
