10 person league, I drafted 9th (draft order was determined by reverse of last year's finish when I came in 2nd).
QB - Donovan Mcnabb - PHI
RB - Brian Westbrook - PHI
RB - Laurence Maroney - NE
WR - Larry Fitzgerald - ARI
WR/TE - TJ Houshmandzadeh - CIN
WR/RB - Marques Colston - NO
K - David Akers - PHI
DEF - San Deigo DEF
BN - Deion Branch - SEA
BN - Darrell Jackson - SF
BN - Todd Heap - BAL
BN - Jerious Norwood - ATL
BN - Julius Jones - DAL
BN - Steelers DEF
I'm attempting to trade Maroney and either Branch or Jackson for Rudi and a different WR. While I think Maroney may well end the year with more points than Rudi, I would prefer consistancy since I already have a QB (McNabb) and a RB (Westbrook) that I intend to only get me started and either one or both will end up hurt.f
And I'm planning to just use waivers to get myself a QB for the bye week.
Hmmmmmmm...... I would rate you........... gay!
No, I'm just kidding. Couldn't resist. It looks like a good team;)

Westbrook is fine where you got him. I like the Marony pick as well. You have good WRs and TEs. Biggest problem is your QBs, which you only have one. A good one in McNabb, but is also a injury risk. You may need to get someone other than his week 5 bye. This is the only big flaw I see, and it may not be that big at all, so long as he stays healthy. Good luck.

Right now the QB's available are:
Jason Campbell
Steve McNair
Joey Harrington
Matt Shaub
Trent Green
Daunte Culpepper
JP Losman
Chad Pennington
Damon Huard
I'd be more than happy to drop Julius Jones (who I had last year and he ****** every week I put him in the lineup) to add a QB, but with so many available I don't feel a huge press to do so.

JP Losman would be my pick of the bunch.

I really like your lineup. I'd give you a 8.50 or 9 outta 10. Top five QB, 2 great RBs, quality WRs, and a great D. The only thing you lose points for is backup selection for RB and QB and no quality RB for the WR/RB selection.

I am just wondering, what kind of football knowledge lacking maroons you are in that league with. Very strong line up....no way you put that team together in my leagues! But, I am in 12 team leagues...both money leagues. Very solid team there though!

Peyton and Carson were first rounders.
'nuff said.
Aside from that I'll admit it was a weird draft... but the fact that everything was so off in the beginning left my picks for backup RB's snatched up before I got to them. I think Norwood could possibly have a really good year this year, but I'm also happy with Jackson and Branch as backup WR's.
I know that yahoo's projected points aren't foolproof, but my week 1 projected points are over 10pts higher than anyone else in the league.

You should do well with this and you might find Jerious Norwood do well also for the flex position since he is a starter for Atlanta.

Trent Green against Houston Texans 23rd ranked passing offense. Can you say blow out passing game for Trent? To tell you the truth,I might make a bet on that game.
It is a good team, but I still feel that Stalworth is way over-rated. Expect big things or extreme dissapointment from Kevin Curtis for the Eagles. He is the new go to man.
