Can someone make this file the correct file size so i can put it in my signature without resizing the picture too much? or atleast can someone pm me on how i can have sigs bigger than the 500x100 allowed size like i see a lot of members have.

I don't think the size was the problem. The picture you linked was not a jpg or gif.
