It is now official. The Orlando Magic have hired Florida coach Billy Donovan as their new head coach. It is a 5 year contract worth $27.5 million. Donovan led the University of Florida to the last 2 national titles. Thoughts? Who's a good candidate to replace Donovan in Gainesville?

I hear they are going to promote the assistant so that they can keep as many guys from their #1 recruiting class as possible.

It is rumored that the head coach @ Virginia Commonwealth (VCU) will be the next coach @ Florida.

They didn't have anywhere near a #1 recruiting class this or last year ;)

Best move that they could have made, except putting stock in Grant Hill's injury's Inc. That is the rising stock in Wall Street
