Over the last 5 years, how many teams in the NFL do you think have a winning record? We are one of those teams, so I am not so sure we are as bad as you think.

I'm not talking about recently, I'm talking about oh...well...the 90's I've watched every game since '86, give or a take a dozen and trust me, we stink still. Until there is a consistency like there was between '81 and ... or maybe '89 and .... Crap. There NEVER has been consistency. Until we're over .500 for 5 years or so, I'm hesitant to say we don't stink. We had one okay season '05 and then more mediocrity. Granted that mediocrity is better than agony, but it's mediocrity nonetheless. Marvin is marvelous and I love him more than, well almost more than my wife, but he's not been able to pull the emotional center of the team together. That is the only thing missing. We've had the talent, but not the head space. Anyway, do you know any bengals fans out here in LA?

I am not in LA but I am in the Inland Empire (Riverside) so I am about an hour and a half away from LA depending on our So Cal traffic, of course.
You are correct - there are very few Bengals fans in So Cal. Like I have said in other posts - all of my friends/coworkers and anyone I meet always tell me I am the only Bengals fan they have ever met or known.

I am definately not a closet Bengals fan - there is the B sticker on the back window of my truck and I almost always sport some kind of Bengals gear.

Cute. Real cute. Well, tell your friends about me anyway...you know. As you're all sitting around hanging out watching the game. Just think of me, all alone, this winter, watching games...in 70 degree weather, surrounded by 6ft blondes in ridiculously short skirts and not-really-there tops. It stinks to be the only Bengals fan around here. I suppose I'll just have to tough it out.
