I have to fill
WR
WR
RB
WR/RB
Here are my players:
WR: L. Fitzgerald, J. Galloway, Andre Johnson, B. Berrian, A. Gonzalez
RB: L. Tomlinson, R. Brown, W. McGahee, T. Bell
Fitzgerald and Tomlinson are locks but I'm not sure whether I should start Galloway or Johnson and a RB or just start all three WRs since McGahee and Brown aren't great options.

You have your locks, so, I think it is a no brainer to go with Andre Johnson against the weak K.C. defense, especially with Jared Allen out. I would probably then go with Ronnie Brown at the flex position against Wash. very weak run defense. Pretty easy choice, btw how in the heck did you get so many top end players..was it an auction draft??

We only have 10 teams and we play with IDPs too so that makes a difference.

Larry : great game coming up for him against the Niners
Andre: against KC has potential
If you don't want to start Mcgahee (I would against Cincy) you can go with Anthony Gonzalez since he's playing the spot Brandon Stokley played when Peyton beat Marino's record.I don't really think Ronnie will do much since he spends way too much time dancing when he runs instead of dashing away.(I think he will lose the spot soon)

I would hold of on Gonzo until I'm certain he gets playing time. You should find out after this week if they are seriously going to be throwing to him enough to warrant a start. At least that's what I'm doing.
I too would start McGahee against Cincy. Realistically, if they spent that much money on him, they're going to use him early and often. I'm not big on going against Cincy either, but this is FANTASY FOOTBALL you have to take it seriuosly ha ha ha.
My advice is this....
Fitzgerald
Johnson - don't care if it is Houston, he's one of the only playmakers they have, they're bound to find him sometime
Tomlinson
McGAhee

Andre Johnson vs. Galloway is a toss up in my humble opinion. Pick one and hope.
RB's almost always score more than WR's. McGahee is in a single back system against the Bengals' defense. This is a no-brainer for you WR/RB...unless this is a point per reception league... even then, this is really, really, really close to a no-brainer. McGahee went between the 6th and 10th spot in all 10 drafts I read in mags or I participated in. You don't bench him.

I've gone back and forth on the galloway/johnson issue but I think I'm going to settle on Johnson. As for the WR/RB.... I think McGahee is the best option but I'm really not sure if the preseason is going to be an accurate prediction of how he'll perform this year.
(plus I hope he does poorly against the Bengals and that can't be good FF karma) :ninja:

Not so sure about wash having weak run defense they signed london fletcher at middle backer so it might not be so bad this year

As a Fantasy Football Champion for 3 Years in the running here is who you start.
WR- Andre Johnson without a doubt
WR- Joey Galloway
Reason why not to start Larry Fitzgerald this week: He will more than likely go up against Nate Clements for the most part. Nate Clements is possibly the 2nd best cornerback in the league behind Champ Bailey.
Matt Leinart, is behind an iffy line still and might not have enough time to give his players the ball.
Joey Galloway, is going up against a Seattle Secondary that is not that good. With nobody else to help him out, he will explode again this year.
Running Back- Tough.
LT- going up against a very very very tough defense, but still will get yards, I look for 23 carries, 74 yards, 1 TD.
Willis- Bengals run defense is still sloppy and that could mean Willis could get up to 25-30 carries! With that amount of carriers he could get up to 130 yards rushing, and 2 TD's.
Ronnie Brown- Pass. The Redskins Defense, is bloated now with heavy hitting LB's that are there to stop the run, and let me tell you this, they are going to be good at stopping the run. BYPASS BROWN. I say he gets 13 Carries 27 Yards. Also Jesse Chatman is breathing down his neck.
HERE IS A SLEEPER- Tatum Bell.
He is going against a horrible rush defense. Every team last year, against Oakland more than likely had a 100 yard rusher. The Lions have a decent O-Line, and they could push the D-Line around like little kids. Tatum Bell could get 24 Carries for 110 Yards, 3 Catches, 7 Yards, and 2 TD's.

Is that why Larry only got 133 yards and 0 td (first matchup against niners), 93 yards 1td (second game)? Last I checked that pretty decent numbers against a 32nd points allowed defense. So in FF points that with be 13 for the first game and 17 for the second.(NFL.com) And Nate Clements has done so swell with his past team the Bills last year.

Just a heads up, I just read that Terry Glenn is out for at least two weeks.
