There's a couple of threads currently being discussed that are either specifically about CJ or his name has been incorporated into the discussion. Both are quite positive about Chad, so I thought it would be worth adding this one.

Now, I'm not the biggest fan of the trash talk and I do believe Chad has gone too far at times, but I also truly believe there is no malice in his efforts. He's trying to not only have fun himself, but make the game fun for as many others as he can. With that in mind, this season kicks off www.trashtalk85.com (http://www.trashtalk85.com/trashtalk/). I don't know what this site will include or if will even be any good once it's operational on Monday, but I like its chances.

The main page's statement to "have 85 call your friends and talk some trash" is certainly intriguing. I'm curious if they're going to turn that into a contest or if you can submit a phone number for an automated message from Ocho Cinco to whomever you like.

It's weird, with how much CJ talks it always is more funny then anything. His TD celebrations are not aimed at anyone, unlike T.O. When he talks he is always smiling and seems to get along with opposing players, the D Hall thing ebing the most recent example.

I can not stand T.J. Housmanzadeh.

Probably because he used the Steelers precious yellow dishrag to shine his shoes? :rotf::tiger:

Very interesting. I am looking forward to the site becoming operational. Chad loves to talk trash but his rash talk is really nothing more than good natured ribbing. He likes to poke fun and everytime he does it he is smiling! I can't think of any other player that is like Chad. I am glad he is in the NFL and with our beloved :tiger:

Nor, apparently, can you spell it. That's okay, most people can't. ;) H-o-u-s-h-m-a-n-d-z-a-d-e-h. I hope. :nervous:

And while we're on the subject of people's TD celebrations aimed at people...Hines Ward, anyone? He never uses his own dances, he just steals other people's. I watched a game where he took TO's flapping wings celebration. Then the next game against the Bengals he did the Riverdance. Hines Ward is my least favorite Steeler now that Porter's gone. We burned a jersey of his at the big game last year...but to no avail

And the reason that the media does not bash Ward about it is because he is a good tough WR on a much beloved franchise. Ward basically can do things like that because old boy is smart enough to not talk to much. I have always contended that people would love T.O. if he just talked less, I mean people hate him so much that they are convinced he faked his own suicide..

And I have the response on DVD...Chad and TJ came over and joked with Hines about it after the game. They thought it was funny.

I still think the best name from that commercial was Houshmazilly.
