We are officially launching the new boards on Monday, 12/4, sometime in the area of late morning/early afternoon. There will be a period of about one hour where the existing board will be down and inaccessible while the transfer to the new boards takes place.

A few things to be aware of:

1) The new boards will include a completely new interface than the one you are currently used to, so it may take a while to get used to. If you have any questions, you can post them in the Fan Feedback forum and one of the admins or moderators will respond.

2) Your existing passwords, avatars and sigs will not carry over to the new boards. Upon first login, you will be prompted to enter your email address. A new password will then be emailed to the address provided. Once you login, you can then go to your control panel and change your password to your liking.

If you are currently using an outside host for your avatar and/or sig, be sure to copy the URL so that you can use the same one on the boards. Of course, you can also upload an image from your computer if you desire.

Be on the lookout on Monday.
