NICE!!! Although I was hoping for longer at least he got 8 games. I was getting mad when some people were reporting that Tank was going to get less than 8 games because he spent an extended period of time in jail...
EDIT: Although now that I read the article, I don't see why Goodell would try to reduce his suspension to 6 games. If that is the case then hopefully Henry can get his reduced to 6 games as well.

I actually thaught he should have been suspended for the year.

Goodell suspended Tank for the 1st 8 games of the season which could be reduced to 6 games if he has no more run ins with the law & undergoes counseling. Goodell will review Tank's status before Oct 1 to determine whether he will reduce the suspension by 2 games or not.

I was kinda thinking Tank would get 8 games. Seems pretty fair to me.

I agree I was trying to figure out that jail logic too. If he was in jail for an extended period that means he has already been convicted and that his crime was pretty severe.
I think Henry has been the biggest loser in this crackdown by goodell. I don't recall it being mentioned that he can get a reduced suspension and he already served a 2 game suspension last year so he's really gets ten games.
