brings up a very good point thats hard to argue with

even if global warming is a myth, we should act like its real, as we only have one planet with which to experiment

I don't believe in man-made global warming. At best, I think global warming and global cooling exist but that man has no control over.

However, with that said, I agree that we should do what we can to stem pollution, that we need to stop dirtying up our environment and that "going green" can be beneficial. I don't think it should be forced upon us, though. Make it worth our while. Make recycled products cheaper. Make "green" items cheaper and better. Make us WANT to go green, and I'm all for it. Having the government tell us to go green, I don't want.

there are 6 billion of us on this planet, we are more plentiful by FAR than any other animal even close to our weight.

we dig elements out of the earth and burn them, we have done this for over 100 years. this does not benefit the earth at all.
