Firstly they can't spell. Secondly he isn't a Muslim. Thirdly it really wouldn't matter if it was.

it's a political cartoon...lighten up Jamie....it's not like you're and American Democrat right?
besides, I know he's a "christian" and he didn't swear in with the Quran

I thought the "white house" has to go angle mildly funny - more so because of that (small?) sector of America that still trembles in fear because a black man can have a job, not to mention become President.
But the perpetuation of the myths mentioned above as well as the notion that the ACLU is "anti-Christian" made the cartoon funny in a way it didn't intend to be: it made the cartoonist look like a laughable moron!
