I have Madden 2007 for PS2, and did you know the system can control the entire game? Just select the 2 teams you want, position the controller icon between the 2 teams, push the start button, and it's game time. Little boring and not much fun I know, but it's just like watching the real game on TV.
I set up my PS2 to play Miami @ Detroit. The result:
Detroit 83, Miami 58
Kitna completed 34 of 55 passes for 607 yards, 6TDs, 0 INTs, Sacked once, 61% completions, 135.9 QB rating.
Did you know you can also pick what uniforms each team wears. Just move the controller icon over the desired team, push the circle button, use the left and right buttons on the directional pad to go through all uniform combos, stop on the desired uniform combo, hit the triangle button, hit start to start the game, and see the changes you've made. One footnote. If you adjust the uniforms of one team, the system automatically alters the other team's uniform combo. I don't know if this is the same with other game systems, but I just thought I'd point this out.
