OK, so should I start the SD def verse the cheaters in NE or the Bengals def verse the Clowns up in C-town. I'm really leaning towards the Bengals D (mostly my heart says this) but is best way to go?? any help would be great. Thanks

Bengals are playing the second string QB who used to play behind a second sring caliber QB. follow me? The Browns have almost NO offense. I see a turnover trend again this year. Also, it would be nice to see that the great play calling from the Pats takes a hit without their second half video. This week might have been a big distraction for them and we'll find out when they play the Chargers.

Very good question and I can understand your dilema. I will make this very easy for you.
Throughout the course of the season the San Diego defense is far superior to the bengals defense. In the world of fantasy football though, a good team works with the matchups.
Now it depends on what type of fantasy league that you are in. Every league handles defenses differently. One of my leagues start with 25 points, you get 10 points deducted for giving up 100 yards, then another 6 for 200, then 4 for 300 then another 2 for over 400. Then for points, for under 10 points no points deducted, over that is 2 points per 10. I also get 1 point per sack, turnover and safety.
The other league you get 5 points to start with. Another point at the half. For every 10 points scored you get 0-10 points you get -1, 11-20 ect -1. Then you get 1 point for every sack, force turnover and safety.
In situation 1 I would go with the Cincinnati defense. They will give up less yards and points against the Cleveland defense.
In situation 2 I would go with the San Diego defense, they will probably have more sacks and force error than the bengals this week, but the Patriots will score a lot.
If you are not sure. The Cincinnati matchup against Cleveland Screams Sleeper points. I would take them over the San Diego defense this week.

That's a tougher one, but I'd go with Chris Brown. The Titans dont' have a passing game and they are playing the Colts who even though their defense was dominant last week, they still allowed over 100 yards rushing. Besides, Denver has a pretty nasty DL.
