Ok guys, i've been offered a trade in my fantasy league and I really would like some advice on it before i accept or decline it.

The trade is Reggie Bush for Marshawn Lynch. I have Bush, he's got Lynch.

Some background on our league on scoring always helps so here it is.

RB receives 6 pts for a TD (for either a rushing TD or a receiving TD)
Every 20 rushing yards gets 1 point
Every 20 receiving yards gets 1 point
There are no points for number of rushing attempts or number of receptions

So what do you guys think about the trade?

Bush can be explosive, yet hasn't done much of anything for me (or the Saints) this year.... yet. He also splits carries with Deuce McAllister.

Lynch is a primary RB for the Bills without much offensive firepower and he's a rookie.

HELP!

I'd take Lynch.

I would counter the offer and go 2 for 2 if he really wants bush so bad, pick up someone else where you are lacking. Generally people who offer trades are in a pinch and are more likely to take the counter offer.

I'd take Lynch.
I know this is going to surprise you Show, but I'm going to disagree.

Lynch will be good, but I can't see him having that great of a season with a poor offensive team that will be playing from behind all season. Meanwhile, there's enough firepower on the Saints to turn things around in the weaker NFC. If their defense continues to struggle then they will also be playing from behind alot or playing in shootouts. The advantage here is that Bush will continue to be a part of the offense because of his value in the passing game.

Its hard for me to help you as I have both Bush and Lynch in my leauge (and Mcallister warms my bench). Its true Lynch is poised for a solid year, and that Bush could explode at any moment. I like the 2 for 2 idea, if you're going to let Bush go this early leverage as much value as you can. I'm big on Lynch specifically because he should get the goal-line carries.

Pats twice
Cowboys
Ravens
Jags
Redskins
Dolphins

I had some clown try a trade for Randy Moss with Braylon Edwards, and Kitna for Carson Palmer. Are they stoned or what? Kitna, are they kiddin me.

Personally, I like the trade, but as previously mentioned, a counter offer is probably the best move. My take is that as good as Bush is,even when the offense picks up, he'll still be splitting opportunities with McAllister and NO's receivers. Lynch on the other hand, I suspect will become the Bill's workhorse, so I see greater upside there in opportunities to get carries, yards, and TDs.

I'd stick with Bush, his value as a WR and a RB gives him the upside over Lynch. Plus D's still have to give Brees some respect.

I'd keep Bush. I expect to Bush's stats to increas, and Lynch's stats to decrease.
