I would say Ben because I expect a low scoring game with Carson.

Well... Last week I had Tom Brady going up against the Chargers and John Kitna going up against Minnisota.
I played Kitna over Brady because I thought the chargers D was going to hold it down....
Lets just say I regret going with Kitna....
Play Palmer...

Palmer. We're gonna to have to score 52 points to win if our defense plays like they did last week.

Let's see,Edgerrin James, ran pretty good against the Niners, and Benny will hand-off as much as he can-------- so Palmer. Then again after watching the Cardinals they look a lot like the offense of the old Steelers with the Whiz;and yeah it was a pretty boring game against the Niners.

Good call. You guys know I tend to be mostly objective. I can also tell you that I have both palmer and Roethlisberger in both my own league and my secondary league. IMHO, Palmer is one of those guys you have to play every week regardless of the matchup. He has the potential for big numbers every week. He's had some great performances, for example, against the great Ravens defense. Believe me, you don't want to sit him dow the week he throws 300 yards and 4 TDs. With that offense, it could happen anytime (especially if they're playing from behind due to a poor defense).
Roethlisberger on the other hand, despite rumors to the contrary, still plays in a predominantly running offense. With their defense, they are going to grind out more games. Roethlisberger will have some pretty good weeks like in the opener and will occasionally outperform Palmer. However, it's always safer to go with Palmer.

I'd go with Palmer. Fantasy-wise, it doesn't matter if they win the game. So playing Palmer definitely seems like the better option. He's playing a suspect defense, and playing with a suspect defense. It could be another potential shootout.
The better Parker does, the less Pittsburgh will lean on Ben and the passing game.
