Hello Columbus!!

We have lost Gonzo as our Bengal's Nation representative in Columbus. MIA, he is. Kimrie and I are trying to revive our Bengals Nation of Columbus. Kimrie and I have talked to the owner of the Pub of Gahanna and he is still willing to support us (tho he's a Brown's fan, ewww). I would like to get a list of e-mails for our potential members. Sorry, I forget the cool guy's name that runs Dayton Nation . . . haven't seen you post in awhile. If interested, e-mail me at sas0528@yahoo.com.

I have been trying to get some support for this for some time now. I have not had much luck

The old thread is still up where i have been trying to drum up some interest. I am more than willing to help out as much as I can. I was really trying to get someone to help out for home games though because I have season tickets and would only be at the PUB for away games.

Hey, lady! How you doin'? I'm not MIA (though I was for a while!), but I live in Newark, now. It's a long story, but I got hurt at work in November, then we had a "situation" where we were living, so we decided to move out here, closer to Robyn's work. I'm sorry about just abandoning everyone like that, but I really had no choice. I MISS you guys!
I am glad that you talked to the Pub owner. Mike is a really nice guy, and he'll work with you. If you guys need anything, just let me know!
BTW, has anyone heard from Jeromy (back2backdivisionchamps)? He was the co-leader of the CBN, and I guess he went missing right after I did. I had his email (and everyone else's) on my AOL account that I no longer have [:@], and I also lost my web address that I had all our images and web pages stored at [:'(]! That's what happens when your out of work for a while, I guess!
But things are looking up, and it's good to hear the Columbus Bengal Nation will rise again! Rascal, Turk's right, just keep plugging it! I think we started getting drummed up for it about this time last year, and with a lot of people already knowing about it, it shouldn't be too hard to get people excited about it as the season gets closer.
And if that don't work, just take your fists of doom and Who Dey Baby's "guns" and start threatening people! LOL!!!
Anyways, good luck, and I WILL drive to Cbus a couple of times to watch the game with the best dam fans the Bengals ever had!

The Columbus Bengals Nation has definitely declined over time and I wasgetting ready to start to try and get interest up for this year. Lastyear I went to the pub a few times and it was great time.

I am currently trying to get a Bengals Community together thatis a little better than the Bengals Message Board. I am not sure if youare familiar with Facebook, but I created an application for it called Who Dey Fan (http://apps.facebook.com/bengals/). I am going to connect this with the website I am creating, Bengals Fan Connection (http://www.bengalsfanconnection.com/).I would like to get everyone to start using this website as the homebase. Hopefully by the start of the season we will have grown theColumbus Bengals Nation back and many other Bengals Nations.

I really want the site to be ran by Bengal's fans. I think we can really get it going. I just will need some help from everyone here.

This could be a good idea.... I have to be honest though, if interest keeps slowing down then I am thinking of just having people over to my house. That way everyone can chip in for beer and food and still come out paying less. I have a huge yard with cornhole (etc) and a 42" LCD TV W/ HD. And I can turn it up as loud as I want. I just want to get a group of fans togeteher, whether it be at a bar or my place. I know the sound was an issue at "The Pub". Anyone know if they worked that out. I guess we can give it a trial run for the preseason games.

Dude, that sounds awesome! I'd like to join the Columbus Bengal Nation, I just don't know how much time I'm gonna have with my band about to tour. BUT, I do have a couple of friends who are not joined on this site (although they read it constantly, haha) that want to get something started. I'm from Lancaster, but Columbus is not far away. About 30 minutes, give or take depending where everyone is located.

I went to the first pre season game of the year and I would say there were probably 10-12 bengal fans there.
