Is there anyone out there who thinks the Bengals will get ANY prime-time games for next season?

No look at who we play, outside of the Steelers and Ravens there isn't a team we face that is worthy of a prime time spot either.

We will be stuck at 1 and 4.

Acutally, with a clean bill of health on Carson, I could see at least 1 prime time game.

Candidates:

Jets, Ravens, Steelers

I would like to have one of those games on monday night but I doubt it will happen.

I think we could possibly get some later in the season with the flex schedule, but I doubt we'll get any early, besides maybe for a Sunday Nighter against the Squeelers.

That's boring for the fans, but it makes the schedule easier for the team... the same routine every week, always playing on Sunday, no short weeks, etc.

I'll take it!

Not a chance for a prime time game, nor should there be, they were horrible, that is a reward from the league.

although I feel ever team deserves to play at least one prime time game a year why would the league ever want to put the bengals the lions the raiders etc on tv. abc already has americas funniest home videos then there is the comedy central network they might be willing to put us on a couple times. i wish they would put less cowboys steelers packers etc teams and put some teams on like the texans the saints etc

Didn't help us in 08.

We had alot of problems this past season, I doubt schedule was a big factor.

They don't give out prime-time games to teams with records like the Bengals had last year.

Who wants to stay up late to watch a team get killed by their opponent.

They should make them play their games in the middle of the night and then if we want to watch them we could TIVO it.

Ok, I'm over it now. Just had to get that out.

Our only hope is a flex game towards the end of the season.

We should make at least ONE nfl network game, right?

Yeah... because this team needed waaaaaay more help than that. Nonetheless, prime-time, Monday and Thursday games don't help a team. The best teams overcome the short weeks and odd game times, but we're far from being one of the best teams. I'm happy with a low profile schedule, because this team needs every little advantage it can get.

I'd be surprised if we got a prime time slot this coming season. That being said, if we DO manage to get one... it will be one of those crappy Thursday night games on NFL network that most people don't watch.

I agree 100%. We're going to have to earn the respect back b/c nothing will be handed to us that easily...I prefer it that way actually.

I'm sure we'll get a game on NFL Network, which to me is worse than not having a primetime game at all. We have every season since they started carrying games.

as long as the brownies don't fill up the primetime light like last year, i'll be happy.

I'd love to see the Bengals in a prime-time game, but unfortunately they haven't earned it. I just don't see it happening.
