I want to provide a link, but the language is way bad and not sure if that would be in the CoC. Anyways, check out the audio of Christian Bale verbally destroying his director of photography while filming the new Terminator. TMZ was the original site to post it but I am sure you can find it any where. Entertainment Weekly's site is where I saw it first, and they said that they counted 35 F bombs in 3.5 mins. Its pretty funny!

Christian Bale is a good actor, but he seems like a complete ***. <_<

Heard the Bale thing yesterday and I'm not a fan of his. Thing is this type of work isn't a 9 to 5 gig or in my opinion entirely professional. I don't think its that easy to become an actor. It probably takes a lot of charisma, skill and like every other job like this a lot of luck.
Actors are only as good as their last movie and it will stick with them for a long time if it ends up being bad. I'm not going to burn him to the stake till more stuff comes out about what exactly went on. Was this other guy messing with him? I heard that the other guy had done this before.
Did he go overboard? Yes. However it was while working and not on personal time with some clerk, waitress, etc. If someone was messing with me while working on something that is going to affect my proffesional reputation or cost me future millions I'd drop a few F'bombs to make them stop.
Wonder what is said on the sidelines of a pro-football game when someone blows a coverage that might cost them the game?

I can agree with this. I understand that actors have to "psyche" themsevles into roles sometimes. I was reading a good article about the dude that plays Dr Manahattan in the Watchmen, he had to act as an almost god-like being, but he had to wear a silly blue-light suit, and if he saw himself in the mirror, the image was shattered.
So yeah, I undersatand and you could get audio of me yelling in cussin too. As far the dude doing it, Bale says it was the second time he did it, so that seems a little excessive for that. The other thing that makes it look really bad is right when Dark Knight was coming out, there was that deal with his mom and sister calling the cops on him b/c he was getting violent.

I certainly think he has anger management issues.
Out of curiosity I read the wiki information on him. Did you know his mom was a circus clown? I also found it interesting that he put on 100 pounds for the Dark Knight. I wonder if "roid rage" may be at play with him.

100 pounds! Holy weight gain!
I think if his mom was a circus clown he may have a lot bigger issues than roids.

I heard the sound bite and I think it was overboard but he has every right to be mad at the tech. Who knows how long they had been shooting and if youve just shot gold and someone is in the shot it is ruined. It was definitely overboard though.

I just checked it out. What I found infinitely more interesting was Jake Gyllenhaal was his closest competition for the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman. That would have made the Dark Knight infinitely more compelling - especially the scene where the Joker tells the Batman "I wish I knew how to quit you".
