As many of you know, we now have a gfx(graphics) sub-forum. So, I have decided
to start a sig tournament. It is all for fun. Basically, it will pit 2 members vs each other
every week. They will submit their sig before the deadline. Then, I shall post them and we
will have our own MB members vote on it.

So, any person with ANY computer skills is asked, Please sign-up.
List will be updated dailey, if not enough members enter, I will discontinue this.

I tried my hand at it once too, on GIMP I believe, and to say the least it didn't turn out pretty.

The thing I sturggled with the most was cutting out just the part of the picture I wanted and not putting the whole thing in. I never got it down, and I figured it would take a while to learn, so I quit for the time being.

It sounds interesting and i'd like to see all the sigs. All i was saying was these compitions haven't been sucessfull. But there is a first time for everything.

you should pick it back up, it really isnt that hard to get the hang of. i am by no means an expert, but it only took me a few days to get the hang of it. the cool part about it is the basics dont take long to learn, but you could probably spend forever getting better at the overall process. so give it a try, and i use gimp too because i am cheap.

I eventually had to delete the program because I have an older laptop computor that only holds 25 gigs so I had to pick and choose which programs I wanted to keep. I currently only have 80 megs left, so there's not much room left. If I ever free up some more space though, adding GIMP will definately be high on my list of things to do.:thumbsup:

Nice. I still have my old Clapton Edition Strat. Cant part with it. Just had it tuned up and cleaned. Sounds great again.
