I work at a university and just heard one of the marketing professors mention this, so I thought I'd look it up.

I'm sure nobody here uses this product anyway (right?), but it's interesting nonetheless (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/094/RipOff0094297.htm).

[Enzyte] uses TV and radio advertising offering customers a 'Free' 30 day product sample, for the cost of 'shipping' only. In order to get the free sample, the consumer must give out a credit card number. The company send the 'Free' sample.

The scam begins, when the very next month the consumer finds another 30 day product sample in their mail box! Surprise! Another check reveals the company has charged the product to the credit card number given for the 'Free' shipping.

When the consumer calls Berkeley Customer Service Department, if they are so lucky as to not get a busy signal, they are informed that there is a 'legal contract' printed on the 'Free' sample container and that this 'contract' empowers them to keep sending and billing for product for an entire year!

The wording of this fake contract is written in print not readable with the naked eye. I had to use a 10X magnifying glass to read it. The wording has been printed over a blue background that is designed as a part of the label logo. The wording appears as a design element, not words. No one would ever dream that words were there is they weren't looking for them.

Apparently the CEO of Enzyte is currently in prison, but the company is still around because the FDA can't prove that the product is a fraud.

It's actually quite common. Many, many companies will "automatically renew" you on a monthly, or yearly basis (think of XBox live), though, most will let you know upfront that they'll continue to renew you until you tell them to quit.

You never get something for nothing, there's always a catch.

I just hope this means those horrific commercials will stop sooner or later. Everytime they come on I'm reminded of this....

I tried to find the Beavis and Butthead critique of that, but couldn't find it.

I believe they operated right out of forest park in the cincinnati area. I was actually surprised to continue to see commercials for it even though the owner of the company was busted.

Anything that needs a credit card to get a free sample is a dead give away to be honest. What I don't get if the woman's vaginal depth is like 4-5 inches average with some at 5-7 inches then why would they want speared if they only take so much? Size queens are so lame, girth greater than length.

i never ordered any, but thats how the girls gone wild videos work. you order 1 or 2 free samples and before you know it you've paid for a library of softcore porn

And that's bad, why?

In all seriousness though; people need to realize that if you spend less time worrying about the size of your junk, and more time working on being charming and witty... you'll "score a touchdown" every time.

Actually these are the rules:
If you brag about your "endowment" then it's obviously small.
If you try to downplay the importance of the size of your "endowment" it's clearly large.
If you can barely walk, your "endowment" intimidates 90% of men and can scare off large mountain gorillas.

You guys just reminded me, when I was in school I had to take a speech class. One of the speeches was a "sell " speech, and there was a kid that worked for that company. So he sold these 'natural' pills since that is what he did all day anyways and the main focus was on enzyte. The teach didnt like that at all, I think it was all his comparisons of length vs girth. and oasis, from what he said, I guess enzyte is supposed to work the girth angle.

Well if they are stupid enough to actually believe that pill will actually make things bigger then the joke is on them.
