Who do you think will be traded. In my opinion, these players are currently safe:

1. Ken Griffey Jr. - The fans need something, or, in this case, someone, to go and watch at the ballpark.

2. Hamilton - Trade away the ROY so far? Heck no. Plus, if he's off the team, he goes to back to Tampa

3. Phillips - Only in his 2nd full season as a Red and starter. Heplays the game at 100%, wants to be in Cincy, and is a potential GoldGlove and Silver Slugger winner. Why trade him now?

4. Aaron Harang - The ace of this staff for the past three seasons.

5. Bronson Arroyo - Little trade value, plus a great pitcher who wentthrough a rough late May - mid June stretch much like the one he wentthrough last season in search of his 10th win of hte season beforeturning it back around.

6. Homer Bailey - No words needed.

7. Jared Burton - The Reds would have to return him if they take him off the active roster

8. Edwin Encarnacion - He flashes defense, a good bat and great awareness. Plus, he works hard everyday and is only his 2nd full year. You can not trade him away.

Players likely to be traded with the likelihood in parantheses:

1. Adam Dunn (90%) - I would love for them to keep Dunn, but the more you see him play, the more you think you can get out of a contending AL team who will trade to get his bat in at the DH spot or an NL team that needs a bat...Any bat.

2. Scott Hatteberg (90%) - Rent a player with a lot of experience, leadership and a good bat. Plus, Votto is on his way up.

3. Jeff Conine (100%) - A great professional who has shown that his age hasn't taken anything away

4. Juan Castro (70%) - Maybe the 2nd best defensive infielder (Omar Vizquel still the best) who will be great for a team looking for another infielder.

5. Alex Gonzalez (50%) - Need a shortstop?

6. Kyle Lohse (60%) - I see them coupling him with someone else to get a great player or prospect.

7. Norris Hopper (15%) - Not much of a market for a guy like Hopper

8. David Weathers (95%) - At the end of his career, a setup man is needed by many. He has shown he can even go 4 outs+, leading the majors in such, to get a save.

9. Eddie Guardado (50%) - I think this all depends on whether or not he gets healthy in time.

10. Mike Stanton (99.9%) - He's as close to a guaranteed goner as you can get. See #8 for reasoning.

11. Ricky Stone (55%) - He's had an awesome time at AAA, and is doing okay in the majors so far, but he's older and can get some good prospects in return.

12. David Ross (50%) - I think trading him all depends on which catcher(s) they keep.

13. Chad Moeller (50%) - See 12

14. Javy Valentin (80%) - A great hitting catcher, a switch-hitter and has proven to be consistently good off the bench.

Thoughts?
