Best: "Ghost Writer." Without a doubt, the most level-headed, honest, and objective steeler fan on here.

Worst: Not really sure, if I had to pick one, I'd say "Yazz."

Don't know if you've noticed this but, most players are friends off the field. It comes from mutual respect. The friendship between Favre and Sapp is built on the fact that Favre always got up and told Sapp, "Nice hit!"
Sapp shook his head and laughed. He earned Sapp's respect. They're friends off the field, and I wouldn't be surprised if they introduced one another on the steps of Canton.
Most of the posters here - regardless of team affiliation - have respect for one another. It's what happens when you do battle over a few thousand posts.
I've learned a lot by being here - moreso than I've learned over on our site where all you can do is gather around the campfire with other Steeler fans, and sing "Kumbaya". Over there I have only 2000 posts, while I have 3 times that here. There's a reason.
"As iron shapens iron, so a man shapens another man" - Proverbs.
By doing battle with Joe, King87, Beaker, Oasis, Shanniefly, and Jom (and the other Bengal vets) if you make a mistake, they make you pay for it. They've helped to make me a better poster and more knowledgeable fan. What's wrong with appreciating that?
There are a few tools here - no need to mention names, they're obvious - but most are pretty respectable and knowledgeable fans. What's the harm in giving credit where credit is due?
There are two schools of thought on the "smack" forum....there are those that believe this is the place where you get nasty - and those that believe you can honestly exchange ideas and opinons on an intellectual level. I'm a member of the latter.
It's a long season, fellow Steeler fan - be careful you don't burn out too soon.
In the end, you'll be a little sharper than you were when you got here.

Interesting thread ya'll got goin' on here.

Hey newbie,.. listen to GW,.. it's not too many places where you canblantently call every Bengals fan whiney biznachos and still getrespect. [;)] [H] But that doesn't happen over night. (And I knowit ticks off some of the more dimwitted Bengals fans.. so bonus! )

Any good smack forum will have it's regulars who sling mud back andforth, and take their lumps when they're due. (And are peppered withthe members that just don't "get it" haha) It's fun. Whatelse can you say? That's what brings me back.

Shannie, as always you bring the right amount of awesome to the thread.

So it's a beautiful Sunday out.. I'm going to go buy a ceiling fan andreplace the old' granny light fixture in my dining room, and then takethe pupp out for some frisbee.

Have a great day all!

I have an 80 lb. brindle female named Sugar Rae. I had a male named Rocky Balboa that had heart failure at 7 1/2 years old.
Out of all of the dogs I have owned the Boxer breed is one of the best!

She's not that small. She should bulk up and get that barrel chest that the breed is known for over the next 1 to 1 1/2 years.
They are high energy and it makes for some interesting and funny acts on their part. Both my boxers love the snow. When it starts to pile up they would run with their nose to the ground and kick up the snow like a plow.
Has she started her wookie talk yet?

Hahaha...

Wookie talk? Dare I ask? No she's probably one of the quietest animals I've ever had. (except for when she thinks theres someone intruding on our house) She's not all to fond of the snow yet either, (hence her pink "thug" hoodie) but that's probably because she was still recovering from her broken leg. (She had to get pins and plates put in) I think the cold may make that leg get tighter. My brother has pins in his foot and he says the cold bothers it.

She's a good 35lbs now, other boxers around her age are about 10-12lbs heavier, but I'm sure she'll eventually catch up.

Wookie talk is hard to explain but you will know it when you hear it. It’s kind of a cross between a whimper and a huff. They do a pretty good Chubacka (from the original Star Wars) imitation also.

Best Steelers fan: There are none........... when all you have is bandwagon fans.

Worst: Hands down GhostWriter and CalSteeler, both are the biggest windbags I have ever seen.

According to Sloppy Lombardi Slaps, we have one of the largest fan bases in the NFL. In his own words, "They're in every corner of the country" and even mentioned that we have a large fan base overseas when he said, "If our troops have to pop out of a bowl of rice and kill someone, they'll be some guy in a village singing, 'Here we go Steelers, here we go!' "
As for your opinion of me....well, you're still a noob. I guess those of you still in the noob-garden have trouble grasping those of us at NASA. [;)]

ok don't quote me if your going to butcher it. you have seen pulp fiction right?

plus don't forget the dawn of the dead comparison, you guys are definately zombies, the only difference being you dont walk around saying "brains" you say "bennnn"

Just when I thought your smack couldn't get any weaker...

Best: Steely J, Cal Steeler, Ghostwriter & Big Time

Worst: Yazz & Iron City Man

3 pages worth and only garnered one vote....well...i should say a split vote. this makes me ill. guess it's time to step it up a notch.
