I am excited to see how the line plays. Also if Carson can't get it together with his injuries I have to force myself to acknowledge the fact that JT might be our guy.(i am thinking that C Palms will be fine but I have to ready myself for he worst...we root for the Bengals) MAtt cassel won 11 games maybe JT can win 6 for us. Ok, so at half time there is a lot of talk about how much our offense *****. I am in reno and unable to watch, so all I can see are the numbers.

Yes, the offense is not doing that great, especially in the running game. But take a look at the QBs. O'Sullivan 10/13 141yds. Palmer 1/1 35yds. Combined 11/14 176yds. Now take a loot at 'one of the best offenses' and the 'super bowl favorites'. Combined, Brady and O'Connell are 9/18 126 yds.

Judging off of numbers, I'd say we're AT LEAST holding our own. And yes, I do realize that many of those yards and the touchdown etc. is against the 2nd D. But it is still promising.

We ran 15 1st down plays. 12 runs and 3 passes. We ran 31 offensive plays total with 17 runs and 14 passes.

Classic easily predictable Brat, as this means that on other than 1st down we ran 5 times and passed 11 times. That has to make the job of the OL even harder than it should be.

It may not matter unless Brat has a brain transplant. If the O is to succeed we have to even out the Run-Pass selection. On 1st down it should always be close to 50/50, not 75% or higher run like Brat does.
