Fumble!!!!!

OMG!!! Cedric Benson has had 2 Fumbles in the past 2 weeks. Looks like Cedric is the new Chris Perry. I hope he learns how to hold on to the ball. Well maybe Bart Scott can handle the starting job. He faired well last game. Daniel Coats also had a fumble. But we can't cut him. We don't have anyone else at TE.

I'm sure Bart Scott will be a fine starter, but I'm not a Jets fan so I don't care. :P

Benson fumbled on one of his first carries but recovered, still though we need to work on ball control, 2 games in a row with a fumble...

Cedric definately needs to work on holding onto the ball, but I'm not gonna say he's the new Chris Perry. I think once the preseason is all said and done, Cedric will be holding the starting position, with Leonard and Bernard Scott backing him up. And it is Bernard Scott, not Bart Scott who played LB for the Ravens and is currently on the Jets.

I realize 2 fumbles in two weeks isn't anything to just shrug off, but I don't think Scott is starting material, considering how he faired tonight aganst New Englands second string D. Leonard showed improvement from the first preseason game, but I still think Ced it our best candidate to be the starter at this point. Then we can have Leonard come in and take some of the heat off Cedric throughout the game and have Scott as our change of pace back to come in a couple times a game.

It may not be what everyone necessarily wants on here, but I see it shaping out to be something like this.
