Unbelievable, I believe my stint as the powerhouse of my office fantasy league is officially over with the unfortunate news that Ronnie Brown "might have torn his ACL". There still has not been a confirmation whether or not he actually did tear it or sprained his knee. Either way, with how slim I have been at Running Back and only having Ronnie Brown as my only consistantly good back. I now believe I may as well pull the trigger.

There is only 1 FA running back left on the block that is worth getting but I cannot pick him up until week 9 because I will not have the roster space, unless Ronnie Brown is officially declared out. That one is DeAngelo Williams.

Is Tatum Bell or Clinton Portis worth looking into as FA pickups? I am severely hurting at the running back position now.

On a good note. 41 points from Tom Brady to win me some more money for having the Highest point total for the 4th Week this season.

Pick up Portis if he is available in your league he scored 17points verses Arizona. The Skins play N.E.Sunday unfortunately but hes a good option at the RB position.

Who's next on the depth chart? Who'll get the carries?

Jesse Chattman is next up on the Depth Chart for Miami, he actually hasn't had a bad season considering the number of carries he has gotten behind Brown but he would have to fill some big shoes.

Priest Holmes, im sorry not Clinton Portis. Is Priest Holmes worth looking into on the FA market?

I missed my chance to pick him up.

I wouldn't pick up Tatum Bell, he's not likely get many carries and last I heard, he wanted out of Detroit.

Priest Holmes is interesting, you might want to pick him up just in case. Here are some other names you might want to lookup on the off chance they haven't been taken yet.

Derrick Ward (New York Giants) good pass catcher and change of pace back for Jacobs
Deshawn Wynn (green bay) Green bay's leading rusher at this point
Michael Bennett (Tampa Bay) was just traded from KC to Tampa, I think Tampa will work him into the starter at some point because of what they gave up to get him.
Kenny Watson (our very own Bengals) until Rudi or Perry is completely heatlhy, he's our guy
Chris Perry (again a bengal) came off the PUP, he will likely get a long hard look into perhaps moving him into the RB mix.

Jason Wright is still backing up injured Jamul Lewis, and he put up like 90 all purpose yard against the Pats;which is pretty good.
