 Bushy... he's funny in his own way. I give him credit for sticking around. I was glad for him last year win CLE beat PIT.

Yeah it should be fun and shouldn't be taken seriously. Most serious people pick up on that and get out of Smack in short order. I think it's sort of messed up to view people as punching bags just because they root for a certain team.

It was fun because Bushy just ran all over the Steelers after that win.

I dislike Cleveland so much, but they have a couple of players that I root for.

I think they could win 4 to 6 this year.

I think we will be 8-8 or 9-7. We have a bear of a schedule. We could reach 10 if we sweep the division again.

I agree. We'll need several people to step up in the pass game. But even if that happens, we still have Brat's playcalling t contend with. I'm wondering how our line will to in pass protect. I wonder how Gresham and Bryant will do. I wonder if Chad and Palmer are declining.

I just see Gresham as a huge impact and then Bryant will become solidish 900 yard guy. He'll do what he needs to. Carson is still good, I know it. Then the D is going to be one huge stopping turning

I think Gresham is going to get between 450-500 yards. His stats may not look like much, but he's going to help everyone else.

I know we're tinkering the passing game, but I am worried that we'll rely on too much running still.

I'll think it'll be split, although in today's NFL that's too much. But in game, I think we'll go with whatever the OL is doing best with at that point

It's a tough call. Marvin has said that he wanted a run first team, but now the league has transformed into a pass heavy league. Many have speculated that we went run first because that was the kind of personnel we had last year. With the additions of Bryant, Gresham, Shipley, and Briscoe it would seem like Marvin wants to improve the passing game.

I just hope we don't stick to one philosophy even if it's not working.

Well Brat has changed the playbook up dramatically, and even he wants the passing game to catch up.Plus if Carson says that there was that many changes to the playbook and that Chad will now have to catch up,then I see us searching hard in the pass direction.

I have tryed pretty much every spot in the mocks, and seem to always come out with a good team. What I am noticing is that many mockers just want RB's.Me Im okay with taking a great WR,and landing a Shonne Green or someone like that.People assume to much on the top RB's.I have also seen that people are drafting QB's late.I grabbed P Manning in round 4.

Agreed on that. I prefer picking in the middle or later. You still get quality talent. If I pick late, though, I usually go homer and take Benson. He's been the only consistent player in all of my drafts.

Chad usually goes in the middle rounds, I've picked him a couple of times, except in my one legit draft. Bryant goes late sometimes. I always pick Palmer and Gresham. Other than that, no one goes. I've thought about Shipley, but I'm sure I can get him during the season IF he does anything.

Outside of Wayne, the Indy WRs are too difficult to gauge. Gonzales, Collie, and Garcon went in my draft. Everyone is hoping for a surprise. Palmer, Benson, Chad, Bryant, and Gresham are the only guys, at this point, who look like solid fantasy players. Everyone else is a ? in regards to fantasy. In a mock draft, someone did take Scott in the last round.

Colston is pretty much a safe bet with them. When it comes to the #2 guy, that's a different story. I figured that Ronnie Brown is a safe bet. I know that the Dolphins got Marshall, but they're still a Wildcat team in my books and that's Brown. Even if he doesn't rack up yards this year, he'll probably get the TDs.

Kind of hard to say if Marshall will make the same FF impact on the Fins.I kept hearing that Ronnie had such a bad injury that it could affect his career.

My guess is that W/R means you can have a RB or a WR in that spot.

Q/W/R/T probably means you can have a QB, WR, RB, or a TE in that spot.

I'm not sure though, so you may want to research it first.

I was shocked to have seen Peterson fall to me at 6.I watched as folks picked around him,and was like no he wont last, and then he did.In the very next round it happend with Larry Fitz as well.As for my bench,I have some solid RB's,but I agree I could use another good WR.Im hoping that Eli hooks up alot more with Manningham. And that Seattle can get T.J the ball in the endzone,I think last season he had 3.Not sure what will happen with Roy.

If Okung plays well, then the QBs should have time to throw and that means TJ should get the ball and probably in the endzone. The Giants don't seem to have that legit #1 and Eli just throws all over the place so no one really has big numbers. Roy Williams is just confusing. With the emergence of Austin and the pick of Bryant, it would seem that he isn't going to get the ball thrown his way too much.

Yeah Eli has yet to find that #1,but He did start to throw towards Manningham alot more, ending with 6 TD's.With Roy maybe he will be able to get open more, and get the ball now that Dez is around, and Miles has surpasses Roy.Im just not sure what has happened to Roy.He was actually better for the Lions then Dallas.Maybe he is losing confidence.

I just don't think him and Romo have clicked. Roy was pretty wild in Detroit until Kitna got there and then his head seemed to get screwed on straight. I know Kitna is in Dallas now, but I don't think it's the same thing.

It's definitely a risky bench because of all the rookies, but their teams are planning on using them a lot and if Gresham works out, then all the better for me.

I really thought Washington would be a surprise last year, but I'd wait on him. If he gets in shape, then Kenny Britt will probably be their #1 guy. Then they seem to use a rotation for their #2.

Benn is another tough call, I just take the risk with Mike Williams all the time. Tampa has said that they want to start two rookie WRs so Benn and Williams make sense. I've read a lot of positive things about Williams in camp. Not much about Benn, but it may be worth the risk.

It's about bomb techs in the army. It follows a group around while they finish up their tour.

Hightower isn't the best runner, but he's a receiving threat. However, Beanie Wells is now their starter, so I'd wait on him. Sproles looks to have the same role as when LT was good. The only Houston RB I look at is Ben Tate.

Cadillac could be a good pick up because he is their #1. They want to get the ball a little more to Derrick Ward, but who knows with that.

If you wind up in one of those leagues with an extra WR/RB spot, he may worth the pick up. They want to use him more on offense and it seems like they'll use more Wildcat this year.

Hightower is just pretty much a PPR target with what is most likely a split backfield
I think Sproles is pretty much going to be their 3rd down back and returner only. Matthews is a beast
TB seems kinda like a place to avoid with Josh Freeman taking a larger role with the O

First off, nice to see you around here again.

Secondly, if you really want to go to that game, then I say pay it. However, you may want to wait for the ticket section here to light up. That way you don't have to pay over face value. Plus, have season tickets been sent out? If not, you may want to wait because prices will usually go down since there's more tickets available.

The only "project" pick I can think of was Fui. If you're going to take project picks, 5th or later is where to do it, unless the guy is super awesome then the 3rd or 4th makes sense. So we actually had a smart draft in terms of good players. It was just the red flags/concerns that people noticed.

MJ is definitely tall

I was all for grabbing him. Especially if Marvin and Zimmer wanted Pacman. Then we had time to groom and polish him for the NFL.

It seems like that. Also, since we have a deep secondary, his shoulder would've been no problem for us.

Lol, always.

I think people are going to read too much into this as always. Both of our SAM backs are hurt. We had to play someone there. I think we will still use him at DE but its nice to know he can play it in a pinch or a package.

I believe Hobson even mentions that in the article today. MJ played a lot of SAM because of the injuries to Rey and Jeanty.

I look forward to our preseason games to see how much time MJ plays at LB.

Sounds like Zimmer is very pleased with the way M.J has handled himself as a LB.

I couldn't help but copy this out of an article I read.Think I might have to put it in my sig.

Palmer after he had a couple of frames from practice frozen in his mind. He dropped back, scanned the field and said to himself, “Man, that’s perfect coverage.”

I can't even imagine who will be cut. I'd imagine that there will be some secondary cuts since we have 18 of them right now. Although I don't think we'll cut anyone until we start signing the rookies.
