We're going to the big island...renting a house in kona
it's the first time i've been there....and as ghost talked about pearl harbor, well talk about a small world, my brother is in the navy reserves, and he's doing his 3 weeks this summer at pearl harbor and he'll be there the same time we are.

The big Island is my favorite of all the Islands!!! Kona is beautifull. Make sure to visit Akaka falls, head to Waimea (just a quaint little cowboy town which is weird for Hawaii) check out Parker Ranch (where my father in law is VP of cattle management) of course volcano national park is a must. Head to South Point if you can....just to say that you have been to the southern most point in the U.S.
