I inherited the #2 pick but I knew if I went up that far I might as well go all the way and get my guy. If I would have had NE from the get go then I probably would have just stayed where I was and taken the 2 first rounders so I made the best of the situation.

I felt I HAD to fix the Cardinals offensive line to protect all of the superstars they have. AZ is like the Bengals offense only with a much poorer oline.
I actually think Brown is more athletic than Thomas so I am good with the pick..Thanks Joe

That was a good deal. Bengals d has a lot of holes and you can plug them with the extra picks. Should be some solid defenders available at 24 and in the 2nd rd. One player is not going to fix the Cincy defense anyway.

Meacham can catch almost anything. Jarrett is the type who'll drop maybe 3 passes ayear after a few seasons in. He also may not have the 40 time, but still has good speed, and is much more physical. He can turn out to be the next Terrell Owens minus the attitude problem. Either way, I think all 3 of those WRs are better than Ted Ginn, who, btw, is another great receiver.
