Well all the mocks now have us going defense and put a hault on the Darren McFadden talk for right now. One intersting note from some of these drafts is that they have the Patriots using the pick from the 49ers to grab McFadden.

Why would the Pats grab McFadden? They have Maroney. I think they would possibly draft a LB or a CB to solicify the Defense.

I like Lil Animal in Bengal Stripes, I like Dan Connor and James Lauranitis better in Stripes together.

I thought the same thing about the Pats and they even said that the Pats had Maroney and this would just create the ultimate running game, no sense to me.

I would love to grab Connor, some mocks have him towards the top of the second round, and I would be extremely happy to steal him if he fell that far.

From what i heard recently. the Pats don't draft starting LBers. They prefer to have veterans there. The pats don't have holes so for them its truly BPA.

I have heard the the Pats might trade up to get Matt Ryan of BC.
