Blockbuster trade

I am in a keeper league and I was given an offer. Wanted to see opinions.
He offered Shaun Alexander and Andre Johnson for
Lawrence Maroney and Chad Johnson

Very, very hard decision. I say no deal because Maroney is on the up-and-coming while Alexander is on the down-and-out. And obviously Chad will outscore Andre.

Since it's a Keeper league it makes the decision a little easier. Don't take the trade...

No. Alexander is 30, Maroney I think 25(to lazy to check). Maroney is better than Alexander in a keeper league, and Chad is better than Andre too, so it's a no brainer.
