Yea he's contrite alright....................................BECAUSE HE GOT CAUGHT!
I wonder what Blank has over Goodall that would allow Vick to circumvent the whole new conduct policy?
Seems like the commish is going to lose a lot of respect over this one!

From what I read the new policy is mroe toward repeat offenders. Granted Vick did have the water bottle incident and Ron mexico, but no arrests or anything like Pac Man or Henry.

It's going to be very difficult for Michael Vick to play Professional Football when he's spending the next six years in prison.

Agreed Calell83. But his world is crumbling fast. It's a darn shame to have soo much talent physically, and soo little self control or smarts.

Am I wrong or is this becoming a reoccuring theme?

I think you meant to say "no convictions;" either way, you're wrong. If I'm not mistaken,Vick did enter into a plea bargain for something (forget the actual charge) which by definition equals an arrest and a conviction.
However, I know what you mean and I think you're right in that regard that it's not like Vick's been arrested 8 times in one year.

Gee, as much as I don't like it or Vick I have to be the voice of reason here. He is innocent UNTIL proven guilty and not de jure, presumed guilty. This is exact situation where that right needs protected. This young man could loose everything and this could be the end of the book of Vick.
I too (wipes away tears), have felt the sting of this very same persecution here on this board.

He settled out of court (terms undisclosed) in a civil case; hardly the same as plea-bargaining and certainly not equivalent to a conviction.
