First Round - We trade down and pick up a extra third round pick. DeMarcus Granger OU Defensive Tackle- This kid had a great year lasat year and is having another great year. He does not actually have to declare till 2010 but i believe he will declare early. He is is fast and is always in the back field he is also great against the run. I could see this kid moving up the draft board fast he will not pass Glenn Dorsey but could go top 10.

Second round- Philip Wheeler OLB Georgia Tech - This kid players inside but will probably be playing outside for the Pros. So this mean he is versitile and everybody knows how much Marvin loves players like this. This kid has really good hands for a Linebacker he had 4 int's in 2005. He is also a sack machine he had 9 sacks in 2006.

Third Round
first pick- Dorien Byrant WR Purdue - He is a great kick-returner wiht a good 40 time. he runs a 4.35 . he not as tall was you would like he is only 5-10. in 2006 he caught 87 passes for 1,068. I know that people do not think we really need a WR but if TJ or Chris Henry leaves after this season then we will need another WR.

second pick( threw the first round trade) - Charles Godfrey CB - Iowa - This kid is big for a corner 6-1. He is extremely quick for his size running a 4.35. I think that deltha will be gone after this year so we will need a nickle CB and this guy can do that and even someday might be a starter. He could go alot higher than this though but i hope he falls to us.

third pick( steinbach leaving) - Corey Mckeon Nebraska ILB - He should be drafted alot higher than this he is a monster and will be a star. the reason he is here is becausae he is small he is 6-1 and 225 pounds. He runs a 4.65. I would love to see him in the strpes.

Alright I will throw something in here, and this is strickly if I am a GM and head of personel.

IT might sound a little crazy but just bare with me here.

Lets say we get the 11th pick overall and we will start from there okay?

Trade Rudi Johnson for a 5th Round draft pick to possibly, the Houston Texans.

Round 1.) Dan Connor LB/Penn State.
-James Lauranitis might not declare, and if he does, I see him going to New England with San Frans pick. I dont see Sedrick Ellis or any D-Line that will fall far enough to help us out. With every single LB except for Brooks being able to walk, we go with the best Senior LB.

Round 2.) I really want to go out on a limb here.. Something new and different.
James Hardy WR/Indiana

-Chris Henry is a risk, and we have shown that when Henry is not in there are offense lacks. Hardy is 6'6 and 220. That is a gamebreaker WR.

Round 3.) J Lehman LB/Illinois
Like I stated above, our LB core might be tooth and nail and might not be around period. We might just have Brooks, so we rebuild this with an incredible tackler and a proven leader.

Round 3 via Steinbach) Andre Fluellen DT/Florida State
-Big stuffer that can help Peko and possibly Toeaina out.

I love the J Leman pick i think he's going to be a monster,i also think both of you could be right about selecting a WR on day 1 but im not jumping the gun on that just yet.The thing about both of your draft's is that neither one of you have us going after a playmaking DE witch should be a priority considering Slith leaves and rucker and fanene can't stay healthy.

If James Hardy comes out, I don't think he will last that long. I also pray they do not use a 2nd round pick on the position we are strongest at when our defense is so awful.

Thats a solid draft and i do not see as much problem with are LB core. I do not agree with the first pick because i just do not really feel that Dan Connor will be that great and i think we need to go D-line first. I like how you drafted a WR if we have not seen yet Marvin is going to draft a Offensive player in one of the first three rounds.

See the thing I have been thinking is, we have been drafting drafting drafting defense for what 5 years now?

I was going a little crazy and that was possibly just me trying to throw a wrench in there and throw a couple of options out, if I really was the head of the draft, I more than likely would not draft James Hardy, but he would be extremely nice, and if you also think about it, TJ Houshmanzadeh will be in his contract year next year if I am not mistaken.

I mean if I really had to draft, I still go with Dan Connor, if Keith Rivers, Sedrick Ellis, Ray Magalagathing or Glenn Dorsey are not there.

I dont think that Ray nor Lil Animal will declare, and Glenn Dorsey is a top 3 pick.

Dan Connor is a sure fire tackler with proven leadership.

I am not sold on Calais Campbell. I think he is very overhyped.

This is techincally what I would do if I had the GM spot.

Get Albert Haynesworth or Terrell Suggs. If Lance Briggs becomes available then maybe.

But Haynesworth and Suggs would be great. Put Suggs in his natural position of a DE and then you have him and Robert Geathers along with Peko, Haynesworth, Myers (I would resign him) and Toeaina.

Also Tommy Kelly at DE would not be the worst move we could create either.

So lets say, this is real, and I just got Albert Haynesworth and Terrell Suggs. Our D-Line will be set for 3-4 years.

Thats when I sign a LB in Boss Bailey from Detroit to team him up with Ahmad Brooks filling a void possibly for O'Dell Thurman and a Re-signing of Landon Johnson.

So thats when we got Suggs, Peko, Haynesworth, Geathers at the Line

Bailey, Brooks, Thurman/Johnson.

So lets say that happens okay?

Then lets re-set the draft.

Round 1.) Kenny Phelps S/Miami U

- I personally would not sign Madieu Williams. That leaves Dexter and Duke Nukem having the backfield to themselves. Dexter is getting older, and we can bring in Phelps so he can get mentored. Phelps is a hard hitting player that can rally a team. This kid could be gold.

Round 2.) Fred Davis TE/USC

-6'4" 250 TE who can catch and block, go figure?

Other Options: Michael Hart RB/Michigan (Remember Rudi being traded from the other post), Ray Rice RB/Rutgers, James Hardy WR/Indiana, Jacob Tamme TE/Kentucky, Lawerence Jackson DE/USC

Honestly, at that spot, if Antoine Cason CB/Arizona is available, I jump all over him. IF he is there, I figure out a way to trade Deltha for a 5th Rounder, and let Cason take helm as our nickle CB. Cason can also return punts from TD's.. herm when was the last time we saw a PR get 20+ yards?

Round 3.) J Lehman LB/Illinois

- I won't change this pick. This kid is a type of player that Marvin Lewis loves.

Round 3 Via Steinbach) Kirk Barton T/Ohio State

Other Options- Jordan Grimes OG/Purdue, Andre Fluellen DT/Florida State, Jacob Tamme TE/Kentucky Keenan Burton WR/Kentucky, Raphael Little RB/Kentucky, Tony Joiner S/Florida, Jacky Glaude OG/Florida State, Ben Moffitt LB/USF, Dwight Lowery CB/SDSU, Phillip Wheeler LB/DE./G-Tech.

Round 4.) Cody Wallace C/Texas Tech

-Alex Stepp could be gone at the end of this year and Cody Wallace could be a perfect back-up and possible starter.

I understand the fact that a lot of people are callng for defense and I don't think it'd hurt this year because we'd actually draft a playmaker this time around.

However, Joe F-Flo opened my eyes to the offense. We've got a WR who may not be here after next year another one who the media has bashed into oblivion, and one who is on his last strike and one bonehead move away from the CFL.

Our RB situation is absolutely up in the air. We've got one back made of glass, one coming off a major injury, a power back who wants to be a speed back, and an almost 30 year old who people calling our savior. We can't rule out McFadden if he falls to us (again, look at Minnesota).

Willie is breaking down, it's obvious, his best shot to be healthy would be to go on IR. Andrews will go into free agency. The Jets considered giving up a 2nd for him, he'll garner a lot of attention while on the market. We have to hope that Levi doesn't get injured because we've seen what happened this year when it came to him and injuries.

As for QB, it may get attention, just not 1st day. Fitz is an RFA and frankly I want him gone so we can get our 7th back. If the coaches are happy with Rowe, then I think we'll draft a new guy to be our 3rd QB, or we bring in a vet if the coaches aren't happy with Rowe as our #2.

So let's not freak out if we draft a RB or OT in the first round.

if laurinitis from osu goes 2 the draft and i see the bengals getting a prrreeettyyy high draft pick this yr... 2 defensive guys one from the steinbach trade(which is hurtin us now kinda) and one from us finishing at 4-12 we could get laurinitis and 1 other defensive guy... tank like the celtics???

First of all that is just a bunch of bad grammer. Can you please spell out and make things a little clearer?
