ARENA FOOTBALL QUESTION

Since I've never been to an arena football game, I have a question. What is the rule when it comes to fan interference, meaning if a fan in the very front row interfered with the receivers ability to catch the ball, is the fan subject to ejection? Just wondering.

It's a weird thing, indeed. I don't know fi there's a rule, but I've seen different things happen on TV when it comes to fan interference. I've seen fans ejected, penalties on the home team because of what the fan has done and I've seen absolutely nothing happen.
I was irritated when no action was taken against a fan because it was my team, the San Jose Sabercats, against their rival, Los Angeles Avengers, and a fan of LA put his hands out and took a catchable pass away from the receiver.

I watch the games, I don't follow a team though. Rumors have it that Pittsburgh will get a team when the new arena is finished. If that doesn't happen then i will find a team.

Thanks a lot on the congrats. I hope Pittsburgh gets a team, I like seeing the AFL expand. I wouldn't mind seeing Spokane, WA invest in their team some more to get them up to the AFL level and out of AF2. This would actually give me an opportunity to see the Sabercats in person.
