KEN ANDERSON IS THE STEELERS' QB COACH!!! BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!
That's right! The same "great" coach that helped "develop" elite QBs like David Klingler and Akili Smith is helping to develop Ben Roethlisberger. BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAAAAAA!

On a serious note: a real NFL football game is going to be played this Sunday (SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!) night @ 8pm. It's the Hall of Fame game pitting the Saints versus the Steelers in Canton, OH (site of the Hall of Fame, for some of you Steeler fans*)
ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?!
* - Note: Steely, Ghostwriter, Cal, or any other smart alec, please don't try to take that comment and use it to say that there's like only 1 Bengal in the Hall while there's multiple Steelers in there. We know. It's not a Hall of Fame joke, but more of a joke about the lack of intelligence found in many Steeler fans on here. [;)]

You guys are placing the blame for Klingler and Smith on the wrong guy. They were the product of a poor judge of talent, not a bad developer of one. Kenny Anderson doesn't bother me, but if Mike Brown were our GM, then I'd be worried!
By the way, any comedian would probably tell you that if it takes longer to explain a joke than to actually tell it, it's probably not worth the trouble. And you say Steeler fans lack intelligence ... [:P]

The reports last year were that he looked great considering the crash he went through. Then he was sidlined by his appendix.

Either way.. last year was last year, and this year Ben's got a clean bill of health. What Calell said is true, all the reports from camp are of Ben having great accuracy, a better feel for the plays, just an all around good camp.

Can't wait for Sunday. [H]

Say what you want, but you can't honestly tell me you saw "Ken Anderson is our new QB Coach" and didn't say...."are you kidding me!" I think Big Ben has a better chance of getting good QB coaching trying to communicate with Terry Hopener from the dead! (God rest his soul!)

Leave it to a Bengals fan to think 11-5 with an AFC N title followed by 8-8 with nothing is better than 11-5 with a SuperBowl Win followed by 8-8 with nothing..

Yeah... we're sooo envious. Hahahahahahahahahahaha...

Actually whether you want to admit it or not, the season does finish at the end of the season... that is why the playoffs are called the "Post" Season... which means, after the season has been completed.

And your correct Deviant. Sorry I was wrong with my statement. When your in the "post' season as much as the Steelers are they just become one season. When you rarely play in the "post" season, your much more aware of the difference. Leave it to a Bengal to pick up on my technicality. My point is no one really cares about the standings of the regular season when you go on to win the SB. So in 2005, everyone finished behind the Steelers.

According to the schedule on NFL.com, it's on NFL Network. However, the last few years in Pittsburgh, a local channel (usually WTAE) has played the Steeler pre-season games when they were televised on ESPN. So, if you live in the Pittsburgh area (as I do), then you should get to see the game regardless of who televises it.
Someone may also want to check to see if it will be on TVU (an internet TV viewing program).

Yeah what Phil said.. outside the Pittsburgh sports area the game will only be viewable on NFL Network.
