Help needed

I try to play the training camp videos on the home page but for some reason they do not play correctly. The sound is fine but the video frames dont but catch up with the audio every 10 seconds before immediately freezing again. If someone had any idea what i can do to change this i would greatly apprecaite the help.

I have the same problem, and would like to hear some suggestions. I think it's just a crappy video feed, since all other videos playback fine on my computer.

I had the same problem. I get better results with real format as it handles buffering better better than media player. Search google for 'real alternative' if you dont feel like installing the bloated version of it.
