Dish (local) TV question

I have Dish TV because Direct TV blows in genreal so I can't get the Season Ticket.
I know you can get any "local" channels of any network affiliate for the same price. I live in Charlotte so I chose to select them. My question is this I can also pay a little extra to get the Cincy local networks and I am curious to know if it blacks out the football games. I would assume I get the local feed pre-game, coaches shows and all the extra stuff.
Of course I can't call Dish and ask them but I didn't know if anyone on the board has any thought or experience in the matter.

If this option shows everything local, you can see pretty much everything. There's the preseason, All of the games, probably even if there is one on NFL network (I don't know if there is this year), pre-game, and Bengals Nation on Sat nights.
I'll have to tell my brother about this, he moved to Raleigh a few years ago, and hasn't been able to afford the extra $ for Sunday Ticket.

games will only black out if the home games don't sell out. that won't be a problem this season...or next.
