When I first started posting here, there was a voice of reason which rose above all the Noise in the Jungle. Since that time, so many seasons ago, he has left his mark on this board like no one else.

He once started a little thread called Late Night Chat, which grew so large that the message boards couldn't handle the size of it and it had to be deleted. But it was too powerful, it could not be destroyed by mere deletion. It's now in it's third form, has spawned its own sub-forum and goes by the name The Lounge 2.0.

Years after creating the Lounge with his bare hands, his rep grew so large that chunks of thousands of rep points fell mysteriously from the sky one day, just to make other people feel better. When they first started discussing a new class for the Hall of Fame I told him if he didn't make it, I would leave the boards forever and I meant it.

There is no debating his worthiness, the HOF without him would be like the message board itself without him, missing something vital to its identity. A Hall of Famer, to me, is someone who is integral to the very fabric of the message board, a member whose contributions made this board what it is today. No one epitomizes this more than CloeHokie, a member in a class all by himself.

Getting elected to the HOF myself is a great honor, but I literally would not be here today typing this without the personification of message board awesomeness, my brother from another mother, the one, the only:

What an honor to be inducted to the HOF. I was born in Richmond Virginia but made my way to Dayton Ohio by the time I was 4. Growing up there was great and I fell in love with the Bengals around age 10. The good ole Ickey Shuffle was in prime form and I still have that embarrassing sweatshirt. Sadly my family moved when I was around 13 but my love for the team did not. Having a dad as a fellow fan made it great to watch games on Sundays.

Once I was older I got more into the sport as a whole but found I had no one aside from my old man to talk Bengals with. He keeps up with the team but not to the level I do. So I searched for a place to talk with fans about every little announcement. I remember finding this place and instantly spending hours on end finding out more than I knew and getting to know a lot of posters. Eventually I got out of Jungle Noise and found my way to P+R and Klotsch. I began spending a lot of time there especially during the offseason. Late Night Chat was soon created as a place to talk about football or TV, or what was going on with life. It got way bigger than I ever thought it would but that was thanks to a great crew of posters. Heck I started LNC because Bengal Dude and I were just chatting in between Name Game posts.

I love this board and it will always be the first bookmark in my list. The setup is great, but what really makes it is the people that come here and the Moderators that run it. It truly is a great honor to be inducted in and especially with a great group of fellow posters.

If someone put a gun to my head and said "name three people who epitomize the Bengals message board," Cloe would be one of the three (hey, weirder things have happened). Always knowledgable about the sport and the team, always contributing with something worth saying in the other threads.

I can't see them either on any of this class, but HUR's and all the old ones still seem to work. Maybe ours will be different?

I am not insecure about size or anything like that, but my entire life is dedicated to keeping my post count larger than Cloe's. I once took an entire week off of work just to catch up.
