You're wrong is so many places.
Tebow has looked horrible against every defense he's faced, what we see sunday will be no different.

And that score is laughable.
The Steelers defense over the last 6 games; 9, 7 , 3, 20, 0 and 9 — an average of 8 points per game.
The Broncos won't even reach 10 points. Normally that would be an insane prediction, but have you seen them play?

Jeeze, I'd call it a bye and rest Ben.
One thing to keep an eye on, our leading tackler won't be playing because Ryan Clark has sickle cell. They don't let him play in denver.

Lol. You think Mendenhall isn't any good so I would think his injury would be a plus for the Steelers.

Plus, Denver is terrible. Unless there are 30 to 40 mph winds, snow, and rain against (like in Cleveland) then this game won't even be close.

Does anyone think Redman is better than Mendenhall? I only have a limited sample, but it seems like he does well everytime he gets in.

This will be one ugly game. Tebow has been exposed recently. The only chance Denver has is if the Steelers turn the ball over or Ben reinures his ankle.

Of course a 13-9 win over a lousy Browns team is not way to go into the playoffs either so that is why they play the game. Denver does have a defense so they may be able to keep it close.

From what Ive seen of redman, he has some skills. He seems to bounce off tacklers like a pinball. Seems to always get those extra yards. That TD against the ravens last year was a good example of that.

Absolutely, I've always felt Redman was better. Mendys injury is not a devastating loss IMO.
Besides, I wont have to hold my breath everytime I see Mendy carry the ball like a loaf of bread anymore.

The only time I have to hold my breath now is when I drive thru cincinnati.LOL

I absolutely think Redman is better that MendenHall, however those two fumbles yesterday have me a little concerned that he is developing fumblitis.

Has he ever faced a 3-4 defense?

I was down on Mendenhall early in his career, but he's evolved into a good NFL RB. I said he on the verge of becoming elite a year or so ago, giving his effectiveness behind your sad OL. He hasn't taken that step, yet, but he's far and away the best RB you've got.

Denver is far and away the worst playoff team, but they are still better than the Browns, who you've struggled to beat twice in recent weeks. As I said, the Steelers should get the job done against the Broncos, but beware of being caught looking ahead to the Ravens or Pats.

The browns are a divison team. We all know each other well. Everyone in the div. struggled with the clowns except for the first time the rats played them.

Either **** or get off the pot, man.

"Steelers should win but they could also lose"

Brilliant discussion.

Thats quite incorrect. The patriots play a hybrid that features more 4-3 than 3-4.

Well, duh. Kind of like how the Saints should have won against the Seahawks last year, but got beat. Bottom line is,this is the playoffs, and if you get overconfident and start looking ahead, anybody can beat you, especially in their house.

I'd normally agree with you. However, our teams propensity to make likely blowout games nail biters has me concerned. I can't get a feel for this years team at all. Having to resign Anthony Madison at CB (BTW he blows) after losing Brown for the season and Allen likely for the season also makes me unhappy. Losing Mendy doesn't hurt as much as it should because we don't use him properly anyways.

On the positive side Troy is playing lights out right now, Timmons is starting to wake up and if we get Woodley back our defense should be stout in the playoffs, nickle and dime DB's notwithstanding. Wallace also needs to get out of his little funk, his lack of production isn't solely due to Ben's injury or him being double teamed.

Steelers are gonna beat the brakes off the Broncos, I wouldn't worry if I was you.

As long as we're not fumbling the ball I think we'll be alright. Against the Browns I believe we had 4 fumbles (all of which were on their side of the field and 2 in the redzone) which kept the games much closer than they should have. The Browns on the other hand fumbled 3 times on Sunday and never lost one.
.
I expect at least a 10 point win up in Denver. It may be an ugly 17-6 but I'll take it.

I absolutely expect to win the game as well. At this point the only team I think we'd be under 50% chance to win would be the Pats. With our secondary depth absolutely decimated I don't think we have the horses to play the same D that we did last time, at least not successfully.

We are getting killed on the injury front though. I hope Ben's ankle feels better Sunday at the very least.

Maybe Tebow will be a gracious loser and get his BFF to turn water into wine...so the Steelers can celebrate a playoff win.
