Have checked out Houftbrauhaus on internet and have to say I am immensely impressed. They stock one of my favourite all times beers! How far out is that? All the way from Scotland! And it won the CAMRA Champion beer medal a few years back! (CAMRA is the UK Campaign for Real Ale). Man, major respect to this place. Thanks for the tip! Gonna go there, and I'll buy you one! A "Bitter and Twisted" beer that is! Can't wait till October.

Hey thanks. All rookies need a coach, right? I'd love to post an avatar of some Russian Bengals dolls from the Dillon, Scott era that I have, but don't quite get the mechanics. This was when I really started UNDERSTANDING the complexities of this WONDERFUL game of yours. It's simultaneous chess moves, with violence!!
Any help appreciated. |

What is the name of this beer of yours? I'll have to give it a shot next time I'm out and about in Newport.

Beers' called "Bitter and Twisted". A bit like me, maybe? It's golden and hop tasting with a twist of lemon added. Really good summer beer drunk a bit chilled. Let me know your opinion of it. You made need more than one, or two, or three (!), to get into it! But enjoy anyway.

Re: New Member Introduction Thread
Hi guys,
Bengals supporter from Australia. I have been supporting the guys since the Icky Shuffle was the best TD celebration. Probably won't offer a lot post wise, but love reading about the Bengals cause obviously in Australia we don't get much NFL news at all. |

Hi. Hello. Welcome. I'm Auty Elmore. Many of you may know me from Twitter (@AutyElmore) I am a die hard Bengals fan, and my family and I were the 1st people to tour Paul Brown Stadium in 2000. My First Bengals game was the Inaugural Game at Paul Brown Stadium against the Browns.
My favorite Bengal of all time is Chad Johnson. Say what you want, the man was the best receiver to ever wear a Bengals uniform, and when I was a kid and really starting to love the Bengals, he was the face of the franchise. He was the one who made the Bengals fun again. Whether you want to admit it or not, it's true. I really do love these guys with all my heart. My father was a season ticket holder during the 80's. I now live about 80 miles north of Cincinnati, and when I come to games, I can usually be found with the Bengal Bomb Squad, hanging out with WHODEYBABY. (Fun Fact: WHODEYBABY went to the same High School as me!) You guys probably don't care, but if you've read this far, thanks. I would really really appreciate it if you could follow me on twitter as I am close to reaching the 600 mark. Also, Check out my blog which is located in my signature. I would really appreciate that as well. Thanks! ps, DennyG2 is my homie. ![]()

Bonjour everyone. I'd like to introduce myself: I've been a Who-Dey fan for as long as I can remember and a lurker on this board for the past year or two. I was born and raised in the Tristate but just recently relocated to beautiful Paris, France. The food and women here are spectacular but the NFL coverage is hopeless: I miss my Orange & Black.
I am vertically challenged, aka a little person, but my passion for the Cincinnati Bengals is Wilt Chamberlainesque; I even sport a tattoo of the Bengal 'B' on my shoulder. I'm a professional actor with a portfolio comprising mostly of European-based Film, TV, and Commercials. My hobbies include p90x, aviation, and anything Bengal-related. Anyway, Who-Dey, and thanks for letting me join. |

Hey, been on here for a while never posted anything, and then made a new account because I hated my screen name. From Toronto, Canada, played football in high school, rugby in university.
Anyhow been a bengal fan since 04/05 when I started playing football in high school. My cousin told me that now that I played I had to pick a team, no easy task, so I went team by team looking at platyer rosters for #82 (that was my number), and I found Reggie Kelly... big blocking tight end (who I thought at the time and decent stats, but I was new to football so you'll have to forgive me), which was basically what I did when I played. (Then they moved me to FS and DE the following year). Either way been a fan ever since, so much that sometimes my friends hate me and say that I have ruined the Bengals for them. Can't wait for the the upcomming season! Also...since a lot of people here like the Reds, figure I'd throw this out there. I went to the same high school as Joey Votto, I was in grade 9 while he was in grade 12. Last edited by MarcoB; 06-17-2012 at 10:45 PM. |

Re: New Member Introduction Thread
Hey everybody. Been looking at this site for a couple years now, even occasionally posted a thought or two. Figured as excited as I was about the upcoming season I would introduce myself and really start putting in my two cents.
Been a Bengal fan since our last superbowl, which I can barely remember, but so glad that I can. My dad started me loving this team, and it has only gotten worse as I get older. I thank him for that. Other than my wife and kids, this is what I care about most. Kinda silly, huh? Living in southern Kentucky I dont make many trips to PBS, but I make one a year if possible. Prolly won't make it this year, building a new house. What a year to miss a game!! Thank God for Sunday Ticket! Anyway, really enjoy all the differing views and opinions, other than Gorilla, of course. Thanks for reading!! |

![]() Hey whats up nice to finally find a place to talk about the bengals since there are no bengals fans in my town and very little in CT. Hard to feel good when all i hear about are the patriots and the giants. ![]() |

Hello to everyone. Like many others, I have been a long time reader on the board, but never actually became a member. I actually mod on another Bengals board, but wanted another site I could reply to the discussions taking place.
I've been a Bengals fan since the early 70's, was at the Freezer Bowl and went to Super Bowl XVI when I was a youngster. We always had season tickets until about the mid 90's, but still manage to hit several games a season. Anyway, looking forward to actually participating in some of the conversations, as opposed to being an outsider looking in. Have a good one. |

I am a new member, lifetime Bengals Fan. The only reason I joined was to help get the word out that one of the best things at the games is being removed. The pregame ritual of "Slashing" of the opposing teams flag, immediately followed by welcome to the jungle blaring. Why would the Bengals org get rid of this. Hopefully the Bengal Nation will step up and keep this tradition alive. I am a season ticket holder along with several friends, and it is the one thing that we make sure we are at the game on time to see! If they want change, maybe change something like the music to the TD Celebration.
I am unable to post a thread, but hopefully someone will receive this message and post a thread to make it known the Bengal Nation loves this tradition and we would like it to stay!! |

Hello Bengals Fans,
You may have noticed me peeking in and out here over the last few months. I was drawn to the Bengals when a family member was selected as an UDFA. I will remain a Bengals fan as long as my family member does, and possibly beyond. This team has great potential and a foundation is being built with youth which can reap dividends in the near future. The future looks bright. Rock |
