Not just on Bengal fan sites but on CBS and ESPN.com they have Armon Binns as a serious sleeper pick at WR. Also said to be this years Victor Cruz. If your in a deep league it might just be worth it to take a flier on Binns

If he does indeed start, of course he can be a sleeper.

If he doesn't start, he probably isn't worth drafting then unless AJ is on your team, and Binns is the backup to him on the Bengals roster.
