Like everyone else,....it looks like I'm too late, but if something happens, let me know, and I could fill a spot.

We will be most likely drafting sometime after week 2 or 3 of the preseason. Even though it's a free league, I think it's best to wait.

You see a lot of decent names cut before then, and guys can obviously get hurt. I'd prefer to wait and see some of that shake out. Nothing ***** more than drafting a guy and seeing him get in the 2nd quarter Week 2 of the preseason.

I'll be setting up the league here shortly, and will be sending out invites. I will probably keeps the rules and point structure the same but will post them for everyone to review. Also, that last spot goes to Bengl Frvr if he wants it.

Ok, I'll be creating the league and sending out the invites within the next week. I'm shooting for doing a draft in 2-3 weeks.

First thing first. Everyone please confirm that you're still good to go and want the invite. We'll go from there.

Also, please PM whatever email you'd like for me to send your invite to. I should have them all sent by the beginning of next week.

So far I got email addresses from PAPinhead and Millz.

I'm going to try to set up the league tonight and start sending out the invites. Once I start doing that I'll know where we're at as far as spots and I'll figure out who's in line for them. (I think we may have one open but it could be more.)

I'd like to get the league created and filled by week's end. That way we can have a week or so to discuss everything and to nail down a good draft time. So if you haven't already, send me your email address to lock down your spot.

Invites went out tonight to PApinhead, Millz, Bfine, Aquapaod, Shake n' Blake, ibengals, and Paul from Dayton. So you should see this in your email and be able to gain access to the league. If the new members have any questions on how to set up an espn account or how to follow the link, let me know.

I'm still waiting for an email address from BB. That leaves us with one spot, which I have offered to Lawless and am waiting to make sure he wants it. If he doesn't it and/or BB drops out the next two spots, in order, would go to Rugby and Johnny Cupcakes.

As soon as I get everyone signed up we'll start talking draft date and time. Also, once you join take a peak at the scoring and league setup under the "settings" tab and let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Update: Lawless is in. That leaves the last spot to BB99. If for some reason he is out it will go to Rugby.

Did anyone get their invite? PApinhead did not get his and I'm wondering if there may something wrong with the member page. It's an automated thing where I just "click send invites to owners". I'm thinking it may not be working because we still have one spot open. Let me know if you did or didn't get them so I'll know whether or not I need to resend them.

Ok, we've got 7 people signed up now and are waiting on ibengals, Lawless, and Paul from Dayton.

No huge rush guys but be sure to sign up over the weekend. I'd like to have the draft in a week or two, and I'd like to have the draft order set a week in advance. Plus we'll need to go over everything and find a good time where everyone can make it. So I'm thinking come Monday we should start to iron some of that stuff out and plan on having as soon as next week.

This should be interesting for me. I've never played in an ESPN league or a 10 team league. I've always played CBS 12 team leagues.

Ok guys, we need to start talking about when would be a good time to have the draft. We need to find a time that obviously is going to suit just about everybody so I think it's safe to say we can remove the following times:

Monday though Friday - Anytime AM until at least 6 PM.
Friday nights.
Anytime on Saturday
Sunday afternoons
Anytime after 10 PM

(There's no way we'll be able to make any of these work with 10 people or even a majority number.)

That should narrow things down quite a bit. I can probably make anything work (outside of these times listed above) with some advanced notice. Please post whatever you would prefer.

PS Is everybody cool with the scoring and rules? Or does anyone have any questions about how it is set up?

Well, I do shift work, 8-4 one day, 2-10 the next and so on until the weekend, when it is 8-4 on Sat. and Sun. I work every other weekend. I'm also on call a lot and never know when I'll get called out to work. So, it will be kind of tough for me to give a day and time. Once we get most of the guys to narrow it down to a couple of days, I should be able to give some input.

I'll be up front, with my schedule, I might have to do auto-draft, but do not take that as a sign that I will not be competitive all season. I will be there all season.

Just to make it easier on you guys, I set up my player rankings and all that, so I can do auto-draft if needed. So you can now set it up for after 10pm if necessary.

As for the rules, I didn't look them over, so can you give me a quick run down?
