Default Bengals Offensive Line

Okay, I know the upcoming game is just a *PRESEASON* game, so don't get all knotted up about why I'm smacking about a preseason game - because I'm not!

What I am going to smack about is the Bengals Offensive Line. More like... where is it?

I just read that your center, Kyle Cook, is out for the season and that his backup has played center in High School once. Oh and, he's an undrafted free-agent too.

Also a first string guard is out for the season too, right?

Here's my question... how often do you think Andy Dalton's bell is going to be rung from the pass rushers before he's out for the season with a concussion?

Any comments from Bengal fans would be great, but I would particularly like to hear from Luvnut because he actually thinks the Bengals are going to go better than 8-8. The way things are looking, my Colts are going to win more games than the Bengals! And for this upcoming season? That's not saying much!

Try and find a fan post on the bleacher report. Some fans around here put a tremendous amount of stock in that.

You lost the right to discuss records the second you refused to take the bet.

You're still alive? I thought you dried up, and blew away.

The OL? They'll be fine.

That's because with the Bengals OL looking like a sieve, their potential "W"'s just dropped by about 4-5 games. That's why you won't discuss it. Andy Dalton can't throw completions to A.J. Green when he's at the sidelines nursing a concussion from all the pass rushers slamming him to the ground.

Yeah? You think so? Depending on how long they let them play, I'll be curious if they can survive a few series by Freeney and Mathis this upcoming Thursday.

Mathis and Freeney? Well, they are decent ball players, the Bengals might as well not even show up.

Lol... I'll be curious to see how the improved Jay Gruden offense with its now wide-open playbook stacks up against the Colt's new 3-4 defense with Mathis and Freeney just getting used to their new positions.

On paper, the Bengals offense should put points on the brand new Colts defense - which isn't supposed to be very good in the first place. Right?

Let's you and I discuss this come Friday, shall we?

You do realize Andy and co are only scheduled for 1 series. That may change now that Cook is out, but I doubt it

Yes. But they really should keep them there longer because I'm sure they don't want to find out that their brand new Center isn't very good...

... AGAINST THE RAVENS DEFENSE... in the first game of the regular season, right?

I mean... think about it... if they can't stand up to the Colts defense, what do you think is going to happen against the Ravens?

Unless he's playing the colts. Then its still easy to throw TDs. Everyone does it.

Lol... unfortunately for you, Luck has been throwing TD's quite easily. Even though he's a rookie, he already looks like a vet.

Face it... you Bengals fans *WISH* you had Andrew Luck as Quarterback instead of Dalton, right?

By the way... how's Dalton's arm? Throwing any bombs lately?

Pay closer attention to what Coltsfan is saying.

Oh... you must mean that... ONE TIME that he threw that and no other time?

I got news for you... he's gotta make that kind of throw more than one time in a season.

Don't worry... ya'll are coming to Lucas Oil on Thurs. Luck is going to provide a clinic and school the Bengals secondary on what it means to actually practice against a real quarterback.
