Seat Liscense?????????????

My daughter was informed today they sold her two tickets even though she has a seat liscense. The issue is we have 8 tickets by each other and now the Bengals are only offering her tickets somewhere in another section thus ruining all of our season. The whole idea why she bought them by us was to be by us.

Is this legal? Has this happened to anyone else? Please PM because we are ready to take this to court if the Benglas won't fix it. Also, if this thread is removed, I have copied it because there is nothing in it that is untrue.

Let's hope the Benglas who screwed up step up and fix their major error. We are tallking thousands of dollars spen by us (the other 6 as well as her two tckets).

Something sounds "missing" from this story. Have YOU spoken to anyone on the matter. Is the seat license completely paid off? If not was she late with a payment...etc.

Are you on twitter? There is a Bengals Ticket Guy on there that seems to answer questions pretty swiftly....however, I would suggest calling them tomorrow and figuring out exactly what is going on.

Yeah she contacted them today. My sister transferred her seat liscens to her in february and everything was set up. Then an employee screwed up and deleted them by accident. She called today and they offered us 8 worse seats and said that was the best they could do.

I am hoping someone steps up and makes this right. My nephew has has season tickets for almost 20 years and the rest of for almost 10 years. They simply screwed up and made her tickets available in a package even though they have a pid in full seat liscense. It just is not fair.

I thought the seat liscense was for the seats we purchased and not any seat. If not, why would any of us have purchased a seat liscense.

Unfortunately, Bengals still have not stepped and resolved the situation. I am very disappointed.

The Bengals came through and handled the situation to everyone's satisfaction. We know they wnet above and beyond and showed once again they are a first class organization. The entire group is very appreciative.
