Here's a look at the NFL rankings after eight weeks:

CINCINNATI BENGALS

Offense: Overall (17th), run (23rd), pass (11th) and scoring (14th).

Defense: Overall (21st), run (22nd), pass (16h) and scoring (25th-tied).

CLEVELAND BROWNS

Offense: Overall (29th), run (29th), pass (19th) and scoring (25th).

Defense: Overall (26th), run (24th), pass (25th) and scoring (19th-tied).

BALTIMORE RAVENS

Offense: Overall (16th), run (19th), pass (13th) and scoring (11th).

Defense: Overall (28th), run (30th), pass (24th) and scoring (17th).

PITTSBURGH STEELERS

Offense: Overall (10th), run (21st), pass (7th) and scoring (13th).

Defense: Overall (2nd), run (9th), pass (1st) and scoring (9th-tied).

The Ravens have never made with playoffs when the defense is struggling.

The point of this thread is that the Ravens have never made the playoffs when their defense is struggling....So this is what it's come to for the smack forum is it...

What a silly stat. They've had one of the best defenses in the league since comming into the league..They've never had a good offense. Here's how moronic this thread is; The Indianapolis Colts have never made the playoffs when Peyton Manning has struggled. The Pats and Brady, etc etc.

I challenge you to find me a Steelers team that's made the playoffs when their defense struggled. If you want to use this stat...or fact..or whatever the heck it's called, the Steelers record is probably far worse considering the amount of time they've been in the league. Quite frankly, off the top of my head, I cannot recall a single season.

I have been sober since I created that one thread. There's nothing here trying to be tough. And I completely agree, there is nothing tough or intimidating about, "Alcoholism and e-thuggery". It's all done in humour and nothing else.
