Geno and Green will have VERY lucrative offers from almost every team in the NFL. If the Bengals don't start winning consistently, or at least showing the desire to become a consistent winner, they likely won't be here.

My thoughts are that he will move to 10 under next week. Then, next year with a weak schedule he will break out another "winning" season of 9-7 or so and be given another 2 year extension. He will then follow that with another 6-10 or so and....

wash, rinse, repeat.
