In the UNLIKELY event that Marv ever got fired, Hue is the HC in waiting. Count on that.

Honestly, does it really matter? Say Hue or some other coach comes in. Does it change the decisions that blow up in our faces every year or the lack thereof. You CAN'T, I repeat you CAN'T win in this league without proper structure. Without structure, you end up with problems like our free agency woes over the years. The lack of activity in the trade market.

Winning is a culture. Its a mindset. Its worked for. Its earned. It doesn't happen by mistake, CONSISTENTLY.

It all starts at the top and works its way throughout the Franchise, Players, Coaches, Medical Staff and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the FANS.


Now I'm not saying the sky is falling because it already has time and time again since the early 90s. Its for something to change.

Why not make the change? Can Hue be any worse than Marvin right now? Hue would be alot better than some of the jokes the Bengals have had as HC. Sadly we all know that until Mikey steps down the Bengals will never be a properly run NFL franchise focused on winning.

No doubt. Hue has been here awhile, he's respected and he has experience. He would be my favorite candidate from our current staff. That said, Marv will be back next year. If I were to put a percentage on what will happen, it would look like this:

Marvin back: 90%
Hue Jackson promoted: 9.5%
Zim or Jay gets the job: 0.5%
Reid, Cowher, Payton or Gruden: 0.0%

Granted. Smith just looked slow and seemed to have a larger tire around the middle than at the start of the season.
