Default Kentucky fires head coach Joker Phillips

Effective at the end of the season. Is being allowed to coach the final 2 games. Team has a bye week this week. Question now is, who replaces him.

I hate UK with all my might. I hate everything about Big Blue Nation. I cannot stand their fans. With that being said, I had a buddy of mine, who is a huge UK fan, and he suggested Jim Tressell. If you think about it, its actually kind of an intriguing suggestion. I forget the penalties against Tressell but I am pretty sure the program that hires him forfiets a couple years of bowl games, or something like that. Which is perfect for him, because that woud give him plenty of time to recruit and install everything needed.

Now with that being said, I do not believe Tressell had a very good track record against the SEC so who knows, it might not be a good fit

I could care less who UK hires. They have never been a good football team, and I hope it stays that way.

I went to school at EKU and all I heard was UK this, SEC that and blah blah blah.

But Rich Brooks inherited a team racked with NCAA Sanctions, took them to 4 straight bowl games between 2006-2009, winning 3 of them.

That's really all cats fans want. Is like a season in 2007 where we had a heisman hopeful QB, a couple of guys on offense that were play makers, upset the number 1 team in the country. We're not expecting to win national championships but at least be able to compete.

I hope it's bobby p but it won't be
