I guess I should be happy that I live in Cincinnati and will not be allowed to witness a physically ill-equipped team peter out in the second half and one of my favorite players get handled by a superior team with "holes" in their Super Bowl defending secondary. I just hope he doesn't get lit-up.

I don't think anyone is debating the fact if it has some truth or not. The question is was it a good idea to go on a NYC radio talk show and point it out.

Eli Manning is in the bottom half of the league in passer rating this year and his skills are vastly over-rated by many. Would it be wise from Terrence Newman to go on an NYC radio talk show and point it out 4 days before we play them?

Well, one thing that hasn't been pointed out yet is that the Giants always have a stick up their *** about this stuff. Do you notice that there's always one of these sort of comments in the media every week? Typically from Osi or Antrel. They just don't know when to just say no comment, they always have to take offense to every single thing that is said.

Chad was playful, most people never took him serious anyways. He did talk trash but it was in a fun way. He's friends with a lot of the other players anyways.

We let offenses convert an average of 42% of 3rd downs.

NYG let offenses convert an average of 37% of 3rd downs.

Both defenses have had a opposing offenses attempt 107 3rd down plays.

What I'm worried most about is their turnover differential. The Giants are +14, and the Bengals are -5. So while their defense may be 26th against the pass, they do get turnovers(17ints, 7ff, and 13fr).

Maybe taking absolutely no crap is a formula for success. The Bengals should try it.

I am curious as to how they have twice as many fumble recoveries as forced fumbles. Do they scare the ball out of people's hands?
