And yea I'm saying it, Kirkpatrick is a BUST.
I agree with you if he's not on the field then puck him

I think at this point people love calling him a bust and would rather see him injured than playing. That way there is one more thing to argue about.

Such a great view from our teams fans.

Why we can't land free agents is beyond me.

I hope that is the case, sick of ******-o

Stopping the run and playing tight coverage, taking away the short passes with YAC potential and making Eli throw it deep might be the plan.

Risky but how else do you defend this team with the personnel you have?

Zimmer has had to play way more zone this year because he is afraid, and rightfully so, his CBs will get beat deep.
The short pass is our biggest weakness.

Yeah, because NFL players and agents ultimate deal breaker when deciding which multimillion dollar deal is best for their future is always what 30 geekish fans (always the barometer of sound reasoning and inside facts) say on a mesage board.

It's not that people love seeing a Bengals player fail. Guys eat their crow all the time around here. It's because the subject of DreKirk being so polarizing. It seemed like everyone was passionate one way or the other around here and definately voiced their opinion.

I started a "Bengals Bungle 1st pick" thread as soon as they picked Dre, which has now mysteriously dissapeared BTW, and got not only negative rep, but also some nasty comments to go along with it in the private messages. My negative rep I received is now gone as well, so I guess some threads were recently deleted? Point is, people were not afraid to share their opinion one way or the other and they defended their ideas just as vigorously as I did of my own.

At this point maybe some people feel validated/frustrated with what they seem to feel was a horrible decision and an absolutely wasted oportunity by the Bengals.

One thing I, so far, have been wrong about - as far as we know - is that nothing has surfaced about Dre character or work ethic wise. I don't think a lot of that kind of info comes out of the Bengals org, but there haven't been any issues that are public.

Ugh
Maybe that's how he got hurt again, trying to back pedal in practice. A high draft pick providing no help at all.
